CSA Box #1

Last night, I stopped by Beaverdale Books to pick up my first CSA box from The Homestead.

Not only did I get a bunch of fresh veggies and strawberries...they also left us some homemade Blueberry Sage Muffins!

I'm not exactly sure what some of these greens are....

Some type of arugula maybe?

I think this is a variety of spinach.

I tried them both in a salad and they were delicious!
The strawberries were great too- sweet and fresh.

I'm looking forward to what the next box brings!
